The Healing Art of Reiki

Gary, has been practicing and teaching Reiki for the last 10 years, and has also studied and researched many other related metaphysical subjects, some of which he uses as part of his healing practice i.e. tarot etc.

The word Reiki means 'universal life force energy' and is an ancient hands-on healing art. The syllable'rei' describes the universal aspect of this energy. The 'ki' refers to the life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is used to balance the energies in the body, renewing vitality and bringing about a powerful feeling of serenity and relaxation through the laying on of hands.

Key points to be covered on the night;

• Introduction to Reiki.
• History of Reiki.
• Tanaki Reiki - Level 1, 2 and Masters.
• The Position of the Hands on the Body.
• Reiki and the Use of Crystals.
• Meditation with Reiki.

  On the night, there will be a Practical Reiki Demonstration.
