Uniflow Multi-Fuel Steam Power

Who: Ted Pritchard

Ted , has 30 years experience in Design, Building, Testing, and Demonstrating of automotive and truck steam engines. He is a Qualified Mechanical and Auto Engineer, and with a Hartnett Award (S.A.E.) to his name, he has also lectured for 13 years, at R.M.I.T. Technical College.

Ted believes that the world petroleum situation is causing 'War'. Alternative fuels including sustainable fuels can be utilised by the very efficient 'Pritchard Uniflow Steam Engine'. Even solar heat can be utilised in stationary applications.

The presentation will focus on;

• Concern over Petroleum Supply Position.
• Fuels able to be Utilised by Steam Power - including Solar Heat.
• High Noxious Emissions from Petrol/Diesel - Very Low from a Good Steam Unit.
• Stalled Progress on Electric, Hybrid, and Hydrogen.
• Kicking Things Off Again with Simple Uniflow Stationary Steam Unit.
• Important Events - The SE-Tech 2001 Seminar in Cornwall - Ted's New Company.
